Housing in Cleveland is affordable, and it is diverse.
There has been considerable development of rental spaces throughout the city, but especially downtown and in places like the Warehouse District and the very artsy University Circle. Cleveland is also blessed with numerous older neighborhoods with single-family homes and/or townhomes.
One survey found that 92 percent of Cleveland’s single-family homes were valued at less than $100,000.
